What if you could bring the part of your life you cannot quite untangle—and instead of being told what it means, what you should feel or what you should do, we became curious about it together?
I promise I will not be speaking to you from the perspective of someone who has had an easy life, read about difficult experiences and then decided what they must feel like. There are so many things we imagine we understand—until they happen to us.
It is difficult to know what abuse, illness, surgery, separation, court battles, parenting, grief, rape, fear or starting again will feel like from the outside. You can have opinions, training and theories, but living through something teaches you in a completely different way.
I spent much of my first 40 years navigating abuse, illness, surgeries, family struggles, a brutal separation, and the fight to stay afloat while keeping my children, business and future intact.
I was born a natural goody-two-shoes. I loved getting things right, doing well at school and sport, and being a good worker—and then somehow I gave birth to three riders at the gates of dawn, take no prisoners. They did not give me an easy ride, but they challenged everything I thought I knew about life, taught me more than I could ever have imagined and helped shape the person I am today.
The past 10 years have taught me something I wish someone had shown me much earlier: we can change far more than we think when we are willing to be guided to look from a different point of view.
Our conversations will not be about agreeing and aligning with everything you say, nor will they be about resisting and reacting to it. Instead, we will ask different questions and use some extremely cool, practical tools to help you get to know what you know—beyond the noise, the conclusions and the thinking that may have kept you circling the same problem.
That is what these conversations offer. I will not decide what your experience means based on mine, and I will not tell you who to be, what to choose or how your life should look. We will talk honestly, keep asking questions, change the angle and explore possibilities until you can see choices that may not have been visible before.
Bring what feels stuck. Let’s see what else is available.
